Lately there have been daily protests in South Korea to oppose the importation of US beef. The pretense is that there are concerns of possible Mad Cow disease and other health concerns related to US Beef. That's pretty ridiculous, but if you talk to any Korean who doesn't have an agenda you will quickly discover that the protests are basically against the new president, Lee Myung-Bak, as well as the US in general.
